Breathwork is a term used to describe a variety of holistic methods for using the breath for healing, release, and personal growth. This is a body-based, energy therapy so there’s minimal focus on talking, figuring things out, drawing conclusions, etc. The primary focus is on the breath, which cleanses, releases blocks, and promotes healing and growth.
Breathwork sessions can be weekly, every other week, or monthly. The frequency depends on what will serve you best in your life at that time and will be discussed and decided upon as we work together. Sessions can be face-to-face, over the phone, or via Zoom or Skype. A typical Breathwork session is 50 minutes. We will discuss the parameters of your particular Breathwork package during our initial consult call.
