It feels like no accident that on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the following words downloaded themselves to me to share with you. Words are POWERFUL! They hold the ability to change everything. We are greatly in need of words (and deeds!) to change our reality as we navigate through the upleveling we’re experiencing.
Share Loving Kindness
I will suggest to you that the more you practice loving kindness, the easier and more natural it feels. I hold great hope for a world where people are more and more naturally inclined to spread loving kindness to all others. As so beautifully put in the lyrics of “Let There Be Peace On Earth”, “let it begin with me”. Namaste.
The Opportunities in Difficulties
Have you ever had the experience of being thrown into an emergency and doing what had to be done to get through it, only to fall apart afterward?

Addressing a client’s question of “Why am I so resistant to doing my inner work?” She noted she had a negative visceral reaction whenever I mentioned doing guided imagery or Breathwork and that she tended to avoid doing her deeper work even though she knew how much better she felt when she did it.
The Perfect Storm
We’re currently in the middle of a Perfect Storm, including a pandemic, an impending solar eclipse, The Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn, the Winter Solstice approaches, a new moon approaching and the dawning of the Age of Aquarius, to mention a few of the current happenings.
