An Intensive Coaching Experience With a Purpose

These programs are designed for those who are courageous, willing to claim their power and gifts, and kick some serious ass on their way to a fully empowered life and/or business. If you’re ready to go ALL IN, these programs are likely a good fit for you. These programs demonstrate the in-depth, deeply-focused nature of this work and are designed for much greater contact with me so that daily implementation is supported and fostered.
A Straight-Forward Approach to
Holistic Coaching
These packages offer holistic coaching work designed to directly address the issues you want to change. Coaching packages are for people who are looking for flexibility in their work with me or those who prefer to “put their toe in the water” versus jumping in. Packages offer a discount on pricing, but the most important aspect is they give you time to develop and build your plan for change with me and deepen your connection with the inner wisdom that will guide that plan.
Coaching sessions can be weekly, every other week, or monthly. The frequency depends on what will serve you best in your life at that time and will be discussed and decided upon as we work together. A typical coaching session is 50 minutes. We will discuss the parameters of your particular coaching package during our initial Discovery call.
All Services begin with a Discovery Session, which is a short Zoom or phone call designed to nail down what you want, what I offer that will get you there, and what the investment for that would look like. During the call, we will go over your answers to a brief questionnaire, pick out what would best serve you, and cover more detailed information about that Service. All Discovery Sessions are free of charge and last about 15-20 minutes.
